About Machu-Picchu.tours

A Cusco Team Focused on Machu Picchu

We plan train tours, Inca Trail treks and complete Cusco journeys with the people who actually run the trip from Cusco.

Who we are

Local knowledge, direct support

Machu-Picchu.tours is operated by Traveleez Peru SAC (RUC 20612102849), a tour operator licensed by Gercetur under N° 598-2024-GR/GERCETUR-SGFC.

Our founder began publishing first-hand information about Cusco and Machu Picchu in 2014. In 2018, that local travel resource became a licensed operator built around direct planning, availability checks and on-the-ground support.

Our sales, operations, guiding and transport team works from Cusco with Machu Picchu tickets, Inca Trail permits, trains and the people who make each journey possible. You plan with us by WhatsApp or email, and we meet you in Cusco when your tour begins.

The journey

From first-hand advice to a licensed local operator

2014

The first words

We started by explaining Machu Picchu from experience: how tickets work, how to get there and what travelers should know before they arrive.

2018

Licensed and official

Traveleez Peru SAC became a licensed tour operator in Cusco, handling bookings directly instead of sending travelers through third-party platforms.

Today

From permit to final transfer

A Cusco-based team follows the moving parts of each trip: availability, permits, trains, guides, drivers and changes on the ground.

What we believe in

Thoughtful travel starts with clear details

01

Honest booking

We check ticket and permit availability before payment, explain the payment terms in your quote, then arrange the applicable tickets and permits in your name after payment.

02

Clear prices

Your quote lists what is included, what is optional and the final amount for your party.

03

The right pace

We plan around altitude and tell you what we would recommend to our own families, even when that means a different tour.

04

Fair work

Guides, porters, cooks and drivers are central to the experience, and we aim to work fairly with them.

The people behind the journey

The real team, doing the real work

Every question reaches someone connected to the operation in Cusco. The same local team that answers your first message also works with permits, guides, drivers and day-by-day logistics.

How the team works

One plan, several specialists

Travel specialists answer your questions, check your dates and prepare a clear quote before you pay.

Operations books tickets, permits, trains and hotels, then follows each trip in real time from Cusco.

Guides and transport connect the experience on the ground: briefings, site interpretation, transfers, timing and support when plans change.

Responsible travel

Respect for places and people

We follow the rules that protect Machu Picchu and the Inca Trail: daily limits, set circuits and no single-use plastic on the trail. On our treks, porters carry legal weight limits and get proper gear and meals. We encourage travelers to buy crafts directly from local weavers and to respect the communities they visit.
